For practical purposes, the researcher did not focus on all Lusaka based primary schools but only the five selected schools in Lusaka District which were chosen because of the proximity to where the researcher stays because of constrains in finances, far schools where not considered. Samples of interviews were randomly selected from the teachers who teach Grades on to seven and from learners who are in Grade five to seven.
