The purpose of this study is to evaluate the objectives of the Youth Ministry in the Reformed Church in Zambia since 1966 to 2004, and this undertaking is an empirical research study. The RCZ has since in her history development established different fellowships groups in the Church; These are the Women's, Men's, and Youth fellowship and choirs, but the Youth fellowship is one of the biggest fellowship alongside the Women's.
It is then the researches keen interest to evaluate the Youth Ministry objectives in order to establish if they have been achieved? Since over the years no evaluation have been done.
Therefore the research is undertaken to a foundation in understanding the strides, the RCZ went through in establishing Youth Ministry.
